Sell MCA Connect's Data, Analytics, Automation, and AI solutions (Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Power Platform) to manufacturing clients. Manage full sales cycle, build executive relationships, co-sell with Microsoft, create solution roadmaps, hit revenue targets, and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure outcomes.

Design, configure, extend, test, and support Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions. Build custom extensions and integrations, assist with data migration, participate in design reviews and sprint activities, produce technical documentation, follow DevOps/ALM standards, and apply AI/Copilot opportunities while escalating architecture and governance concerns.

Lead discovery and solution design for Dynamics 365 CE transformations: define current/future processes, capability maps, fit-gap, user stories, acceptance criteria, roadmaps, guide configuration, partner with technical teams, and drive business readiness, adoption, and presales support.

Lead technical architecture and delivery for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions. Design Dataverse, integrations, security, ALM/DevOps, environment strategy, and AI/Copilot use cases. Provide technical leadership across delivery, presales, and governance; validate designs, manage risks, and ensure production readiness.

Design and implement scalable Azure-based data architectures and analytics solutions, lead delivery teams, support pre-sales, drive DevOps/CI-CD, mentor junior staff, define data strategy, governance, migrations, and oversee project delivery and backlog management.

Lead Data & AI implementations using Microsoft Azure and Power BI: gather requirements, design dimensional models, build and optimize data integration pipelines, create Power BI reports/dashboards, mentor junior staff, manage Azure DevOps delivery, and support presales and certifications. Up to 10% travel.

Lead enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation programs across CRM, ERP, Power Platform and integrations. Manage multi-site, multi-year implementations, directing resources, schedules, budgets, risk mitigation, stakeholder communications, and program financials. Provide executive reporting, enforce PM best practices, and support pre-sales, methodology, and delivery tool activities.

Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions on Dataverse, including Power Automate, Power Fx, C# plugins, JavaScript, Dual Write, and Power Apps. Troubleshoot Dataverse/Dynamics CE issues, manage small projects and offshore development, build integrations and data migrations, maintain client relationships, and follow standards and project timelines.

Lead and deliver large-scale Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM implementations (3–16 months) managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and cross-functional teams. Communicate status to executives, coordinate resources and financials, and apply PMI and company delivery standards. May support sales, marketing, and administrative tasks.
