Leads UX strategy and experience design for Salesforce and connected go-to-market systems. Maps commercial workflows, conducts user research, develops reusable design standards, prototypes improvements, and partners with RevOps, RevTech, Engineering, Marketing, and Enablement. The role improves navigation, adoption, data quality, accessibility, workflow efficiency, documentation, and change adoption across global sales technologies, while measuring user experience and continuously prioritizing enhancements.

Supports global revenue enablement programs by coordinating onboarding, learning assignments, communications, scheduling, reporting, content governance, and stakeholder follow-up. Administers Seismic, maintains enablement content and learning records, publishes recurring GTM communications, supports product launches and change readiness, and identifies workflow improvements. The role ensures accurate, timely execution of enablement activities and provides visibility into participation, completion, engagement, and program outcomes.

The Senior Tax Analyst manages U.S. state and local sales, use, transaction, and income tax compliance. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing tax returns, researching nexus and tax issues, supporting audits, monitoring Avalara data, reviewing exemption certificates, maintaining registrations, assisting with federal and international filings, identifying planning opportunities, and improving tax processes. The role collaborates with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Commercial teams, and external tax advisors.
