Teams at Murmuration

Lead and grow a multidisciplinary Platform team (DevOps, AppSec, SRE, FinOps) to build reliable, secure, and cost-effective shared systems. Set technical strategy and roadmap, manage technical debt, drive platform delivery, lead incident response, improve observability and FinOps visibility, and coach emerging engineering leaders to raise standards across the organization.

Manage end-to-end HR operations (payroll, benefits, compliance, immigration, I-9s, employee relations) and lead learning & development programs for managers and staff. Maintain HR data systems, draft policies, monitor multi-state employment law, and partner on DEIB initiatives. Design, deliver, and evaluate training, build manager tools and L&D resources, and continuously improve people systems and processes.

Work with partner organizations to plan and run voter participation and advocacy campaigns, deliver trainings, support campaign infrastructure and tools, translate research into actionable recommendations, coordinate vendors and teams, track progress across partners, and document lessons to strengthen organizing practice.
