Lead and manage personal-lines underwriting teams to drive profitable results through strategy execution, portfolio and agency oversight, process modernization, performance management, training, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsible for planning, budgeting, reporting, and escalated issue resolution.

Lead and independently manage complex commercial, construction defect, insurance defense, and subrogation litigation from inception through trial. Serve as lead trial counsel, develop litigation strategy, provide case valuations, mentor junior attorneys, collaborate with claims partners, and leverage litigation technology to achieve cost-effective outcomes aligned with client expectations.
