Serve as the HR Business Partner for global R&D, lead US employee relations, advise on org design and workforce planning, support HR programs (performance, compensation, promotions), partner with TA on hiring and offers, own job architecture and HRIS readiness, and drive discrete HR projects and manager development.

Administer and enhance the Salesforce platform (objects, fields, flows, validations, layouts), migrate automations to Flow, support CPQ, manage integrations, data quality, security and user access, troubleshoot issues, perform testing and deployments, and document/configure Lightning UX improvements.

Manage end-to-end sales compensation: calculate commissions and bonuses, maintain CaptivateIQ plans and sales hierarchy, post commission journal entries to NetSuite, reconcile accruals and payroll, support channel deals, drive automation of close processes, respond to commission inquiries, and support audits and AR collections.
