Perform end-to-end, integration, system, user acceptance, and automated testing for software applications. Create test strategies, plans, documentation, and automated test cases; execute tests; assess results; and track defects through resolution. The engineer will collaborate on issue triage, document root-cause analyses, participate in code reviews, support legacy modernization toward Spring MVC and modern front-end frameworks, and maintain production system reliability.

Lead end-to-end customer renewals, retention, negotiations, and incremental revenue for public-sector accounts. Build trusted customer relationships, develop account and pipeline plans, coordinate internal and partner teams, maintain accurate CRM data, and support sales pursuits. The role requires understanding state and local government markets, contract terms, commercial metrics, forecasting, and consultative business application software and services sales.

Conducts state and local tax, franchise fee, cannabis, and business license audits for clients. Reviews taxpayer records, tax returns, and prior audit reports; verifies financial information; researches tax laws; calculates assessments; documents adjustments; and explains findings to taxpayers and representatives. The role also handles inquiries, closing conferences, disputed-case hearings, and audit defense activities while maintaining accurate records and communicating applicable laws and liabilities.

Leads end-to-end SaaS platform implementations for government clients, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, UAT, documentation, training, and post-deployment support. Serves as the primary client contact, manages stakeholders and multiple projects, resolves configuration issues, mentors junior team members, and improves implementation processes and standards.

Analyze court and jury management workflows, document business processes and requirements, and translate operational needs into solutions for Product and Engineering teams. Lead customer workshops, interviews, configuration, testing, deployment, demonstrations, training, and user acceptance testing. Create JIRA user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, specifications, and training materials while providing subject-matter guidance across concurrent software implementation projects.

Own and mature Neumo’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance program, including SOC 1, SOC 2, and PCI DSS audits, risk registers, data governance, control automation, vendor assessments, and exception processes. Manage 1–2 direct reports, coordinate remediation, leverage AI/LLM tools, participate in incident management, and communicate compliance posture and risk trends to executives and the board.

Indexes and verifies land-record documents for customer accounts, extracting accurate information from legal documents while meeting strict quality and productivity standards. Maintains work logs, manages multiple customer-specific guidelines, meets deadlines, corrects errors, and supports document quality control and image-tagging projects. The role requires strong proofreading, computer, typing, organizational, troubleshooting, and remote collaboration skills.

Leads security operations and engineering strategy, manages a 2–3-person team, and remains hands-on with WAF, DLP, AI security, automation, vulnerability management, incident response, cloud security, purple teaming, SIEM, and detection engineering. Partners with executives and cross-functional leaders, oversees vendors and tooling, reports risk metrics, and develops team capabilities and security roadmaps.

Leads business operations initiatives across Finance, Tax, and Forms functions, partnering with executive, finance, sales, and revenue leaders to improve profitability, efficiency, forecasting, budgeting, and process consistency. Oversees strategic projects, change management, performance measurement, reporting, training, incentives, and technology-enabled operations. Requires cross-functional leadership, project and contract expertise, and familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ, Replicon, ServiceNow, and Excel.
