Perform end-to-end, integration, system, user acceptance, and automated testing for software applications. Create test strategies, plans, documentation, and automated test cases; execute tests; assess results; and track defects through resolution. Translate business requirements into technical requirements, identify risks, troubleshoot application issues, and collaborate with engineering and development teams. Support product implementations, training, technical escalations, and quality assurance oversight across project workstreams.

Develop and support a mature Java court case management platform. Diagnose production issues across application, database, and integration layers; investigate ESB defects; work with XML/XSLT, JMS, SOAP, and REST services; collaborate on issue triage and documentation; and contribute to modernization from legacy Java frameworks toward Spring MVC and modern front-end technologies.

Diagnose and resolve complex production issues in a Java court case management platform. Responsibilities include debugging backend services, databases, ESB integrations, XML/XSLT transformations, JMS messaging, SOAP/REST services, and third-party e-filing systems. The engineer will collaborate on issue triage, document root-cause analyses, participate in code reviews, support legacy modernization toward Spring MVC and modern front-end frameworks, and maintain production system reliability.
