Accounting education and knowledge of state and local taxation are preferred, with certain certifications or accounting credits required for Alabama or Louisiana assignments.

Leads client software implementations from requirements gathering through configuration, integration, testing, troubleshooting, training, and transition. Develops implementation plans, timelines, documentation, and technical specifications while collaborating with clients, developers, QA engineers, and internal stakeholders. Provides subject matter expertise, resolves complex technical issues, supports knowledge transfer, and contributes to continuous improvement across gov tech implementations.

Provides advanced technical support and troubleshooting for multiple SaaS products, serves as an escalation point, manages support tickets, and collaborates with engineering, QA, and product teams. Leads support initiatives, documents issues and solutions, improves processes, assists with installations, analyzes customer trends, and mentors junior staff. Requires strong communication, de-escalation, independent problem-solving, technical documentation, and system administration skills.
