Provides proactive, high-touch support to three senior global leaders through complex calendar management, communications, meeting coordination, travel logistics, and confidential information handling. The role requires anticipating executive needs, resolving conflicts, triaging requests, translating decisions into action, and supporting leadership forums and international travel. It also serves as a visible culture carrier for the Austin office by strengthening relationships, community, and the employee experience.
