Lead and manage a multidisciplinary Flight Sciences team to define, execute, and certify aerodynamics, performance, stability & control, aeroelasticity, flutter, aeroacoustics, and wind tunnel testing. Integrate analyses with Flight Test, Certification, Systems, Structures, and Program Management; drive technical decisions, risk mitigation, flight test correlation, and delivery of certification data packages on schedule and budget.

The role involves designing and developing Flight Control Systems, coordinating with vendors, defining interfaces, and ensuring compliance with certification requirements. Leadership and mentorship of junior engineers is also expected.

Lead and build logistics operations for an aerospace development program: design transportation networks, warehousing, inventory control, global trade compliance (ITAR/EAR), manage LSP contracts, implement digital visibility tools, align logistics with production, and grow a team focused on safety and continuous improvement.
