Perform comprehensive manual QA testing across web applications, APIs, databases, and user interfaces. Develop test plans and cases, conduct regression, usability, exploratory, and root cause analysis testing, document defects, track traceability, and report testing metrics. Collaborate with agile development teams, troubleshoot issues, identify coverage gaps, and communicate progress and risks across multiple teams.

Leads a team of seven bookkeepers, overseeing workload allocation, quality standards, audits, coaching, hiring, and performance management. Maintains a portfolio of client accounts, including reconciliations, journal entries, transaction categorization, general ledger review, cleanups, and monthly closes. Resolves escalated accounting, payroll, and payroll tax issues; reports performance and capacity; partners with Accounting, Product, Operations, and Training; and improves workflows and team efficiency.

Resolves customer payroll tax notices, researches root causes, handles escalated inquiries, and provides accurate tax guidance. Leads Tax Resolution and Tax Settings teams through quality reviews, coaching, performance support, training, and workflow coordination. Partners with the Tax Manager to build processes and measurement standards for the developing Tax Settings function while supporting payroll tax software improvements and maintaining excellent customer service.
