Leads the strategy, launch, governance, and continuous improvement of premium support programs. Establishes scalable frameworks, KPIs, roadmaps, and reporting; drives AI, automation, and self-service adoption; and coordinates execution across Support, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The role supports enterprise customer engagements, escalations, sales enablement, pricing validation, renewals, upsell motions, and executive communications while improving customer value, operational efficiency, margins, and program growth.

Lead FedRAMP certification and compliance programs for cloud and SaaS offerings from planning through continuous monitoring. Coordinate product, security, cloud, engineering, customers, and other stakeholders; manage scope, resources, risks, milestones, deliverables, and action items. Provide technical guidance on federal security requirements, compliance reporting, and solution quality while using AI tools to improve documentation, processes, and regulatory control validation.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to C-level executives in a global remote environment. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, preparing executive materials, organizing leadership meetings and events, tracking action items, handling expenses, supporting special projects, and maintaining confidential information. The role also requires effective use of AI tools to streamline administrative workflows and executive communications.
