The Sales Engineer will support pre-sales activities by interpreting client requirements, delivering demonstrations, and implementing technical solutions using Precisely products. The role involves engaging in sales discussions, participating in trade shows, and providing end-to-end solutions while acting as a trusted advisor on cloud modernization and AI initiatives.

Lead the product lifecycle for cloud-native Location Intelligence SaaS and APIs: define roadmap, collaborate with engineering/UX/data, engage enterprise customers, leverage AI tools for discovery/prototyping, integrate with cloud partners, drive go-to-market and measure KPIs to ensure adoption and product success.

Lead strategy and roadmap to modernize product education into in-product, AI-enabled, self-service learning. Design task-based, just-in-time guidance, partner cross-functionally with Product/UX/Engineering, implement scalable Help Center and knowledge solutions, measure adoption and learning effectiveness, and continuously improve experiences using data and AI-driven insights.
