At Precisely, we're not just building software — we're shaping the future of data integrity. As a global leader in data quality, data enrichment, and location intelligence, Precisely helps thousands of the world's most trusted brands make confident decisions with data they can rely on. We're an AI-first organization, which means artificial intelligence isn't a buzzword here — it's woven into how we build products, how we work, and how we think about solving complex problems for our customers. When you join Precisely, you join a team of curious, driven innovators who believe that better data makes the world run better. If you're ready to do meaningful work at the intersection of AI and data — and help define what's possible — we'd love for you to apply!

Overview: You'll lead a team of account executives responsible for base management, renewals, and higher-velocity transactional deals within our Commercial growth segment –growing and protecting the existing base, running an efficient, high-volume sales motion, and keeping renewal and expansion rates healthy. We're looking for a sales leader who values process discipline, scales a high-volume team, and balances retention with expansion opportunities. This is a senior leadership role central to expanding and protecting the region's existing revenue base — day-to-day deal support, retention strategy, and career development for your team are essential to your success.

What you will do:

•    Lead, coach, and develop a team of account executives driving base management, renewals, and higher-velocity transactional deals within our Commercial growth segment
•    Own the team's forecast, net revenue retention, pipeline coverage, and quota attainment, and represent it to the RVP, Growth Accounts
•    Run a consistent cadence of pipeline reviews, renewal forecasting, and deal coaching
•    Reinforce disciplined qualification and use of MEDDPICC and Precisely's sales process, with an emphasis on efficient deal execution
•    Partner with Renewals and Customer Success on account health, churn risk, and expansion opportunities within the existing base
•    Review and approve discounting and deal terms within delegated authority
•    Recruit, onboard, and ramp new account executives, with a focus on time-to-productivity for high-volume, transactional selling
•    Identify high-potential account executives and build a formal readiness pipeline into larger Growth Accounts or Strategic Accounts territories
•    Champion the team's use of AI tools to improve renewal forecasting, account-health monitoring, and productivity
•    Champion the use of territory and account planning to build a healthy pipeline leveraging the full resources internally and within the ecoysystem

What we are looking for
You may be a good fit if you have:

•    7+ years of B2B software sales experience, including 2+ years managing a sales team. A Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted
•    Demonstrated success managing a renewal, base-management, or high-volume transactional quota as an individual contributor before moving into leadership
•    Experience coaching a team on retention, qualification, and efficient deal progression
•    Demonstrated experience using MEDDPICC methodology
•    Proficiency with CRM and forecasting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, or similar)
•    The ability to travel as required, approximately 25-50%

AI Skills/Knowledge: Precisely is an AI-first organization, and all employees are expected to demonstrate proficiency in applying AI tools to accelerate their work, improve output quality, and eliminate low-value tasks. Candidates should be comfortable using generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, Microsoft Copilot) in their day-to-day workflows, able to evaluate AI-generated outputs critically, and open to continuously adopting new AI capabilities as they emerge.
•    Uses AI-based renewal-forecasting, account health, and productivity tools to manage a high-volume book of business
•    Coaches the team on evaluating AI-generated outputs critically before using them in presentations or with prospects
•    Stays current on new AI capabilities and tools relevant to account retention and high-velocity selling, and applies them responsibly

Preferred Skills:

•    Prior experience as a first-line or senior sales leader in a renewal, account management, or high-volume software sales model
•    Prior experience in Financial Services, Insurance or Telco
•    Prior experience in a private equity-backed, start-up or public SaaS environment
•    Experience with net-revenue-retention motions and expansion selling
•    Familiarity with customer-health and renewal-forecasting platforms
•    Other formal sales methodology certification (e.g. Command of the Message)
