The Senior Engineer will manage software engineering solutions, implement best practices, collaborate with teams, develop code and tests, and improve client relationships.

Lead a hands-on product engineering team to deliver cloud-native, AI-first applications. Responsibilities include team hiring and development, client delivery ownership, architecture guidance, solutioning with sales, resource management, and practice operations while driving adoption of modern engineering, DevSecOps, and GenAI practices.

Support design, deployment, and troubleshooting of enterprise wireless networks. Perform wireless assessments and predictive designs with Ekahau, collaborate with clients and project teams, document solutions, and travel to client sites as needed.

The Data & Analytics Architect will design and implement analytics solutions, support client engagements, and lead data architecture projects, requiring extensive technical and consulting skills.

Lead AWS pre-sales solution architecture: design cloud migrations and modernizations, create client-facing proposals and SOWs, build IaC and CI/CD pipelines, design security/IAM and multi-account architectures, drive standardized solution methodologies, and manage the sales-to-delivery handoff.

Drive conversion of existing AWS consumption into higher-value commercial relationships via AWS resale, PPA, and FinOps programs. Build and qualify pipeline, develop customer business cases, lead cross-functional discovery with finance/procurement/engineering, manage deal economics and approvals, maintain CRM and forecasts, and create executive-facing messaging tying cloud consumption to cost governance and business outcomes.

Design and develop Presidio's internal Managed Services platform and automations. Provide technical guidance and mentoring, identify automation opportunities, perform proofs of concept and pilots, collaborate on production security improvements, author technical documentation, and engage with stakeholders to capture requirements and operationalize solutions.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of an assigned AI solution. Translate market and customer insight into requirements, partner with Engineering/Product/Sales/Marketing, drive launches, adoption, and financial performance, track solution health metrics, produce enablement documentation, and manage updates and sunset activities.

Lead planning, execution, and governance of multi-workstream AI solutions programs. Create integrated roadmaps, manage risks and budgets, run executive reporting and governance, coordinate cross-functional teams, and mentor junior project staff to improve delivery maturity.

Lead and manage a team of solution architects while remaining hands-on for complex AI engagements. Set architectural direction, review and approve designs, drive governance and reusable patterns, mentor architects, and align architecture with business objectives across engineering, product, and sales. Represent Presidio in executive briefings and industry events and stay current on AI/ML and cloud trends.

Manage sales operations for SLED accounts supporting Account Managers: onboard customers, maintain contract expertise (ERate, NASPO), generate quotes and BOMs, maintain Salesforce data, source vendor pricing, forecast run-rate business, identify cross-sell opportunities, and attend customer meetings to strengthen relationships and close projects.

Deploys, supports, and improves Managed Services Gateways across cloud and virtualization platforms. Administers Linux, Kubernetes (Rancher), VMware/Hyper-V, networking and firewalls; automates workflows; triages escalations; documents runbooks; coordinates with clients and teams; participates in on-call and lifecycle/security initiatives.

Design, architect, and deploy EUC and VDI solutions (AWS AppStream, Workspaces Core, Omnissa Horizon, Citrix). Implement Workspace ONE UEM/Access, identity and zero-trust controls. Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, monitoring, and infrastructure tasks (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, SSL, load balancing, firewalls). Client advocacy, post-sales support, documentation. Remote role with up to 10% travel; US citizenship required.

Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud infrastructure and DevOps IT projects: manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams; communicate with clients; maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Lead sales incentive compensation strategy, design, governance, and operations. Manage a compensation team, ensure accurate commission payments and SOX controls, design plans and benchmarking, partner with Sales/Finance/HR on quota and territory alignment, modernize tools (ICM, analytics, AI), and deliver executive reporting and financial modeling for compensation decisions.

Lead design, implementation, and support of modern workplace solutions (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Copilot, endpoint management, hybrid identity). Provide technical leadership, client consulting, migrations, automation (PowerShell/Microsoft Graph), troubleshooting, SLAs, mentoring, presales support, and drive operational excellence and billable delivery.

Lead the national Data Center delivery practice, owning end-to-end delivery of compute, storage, data protection, hybrid cloud, and GPU/AI infrastructure. Build and scale a high-performing delivery organization, ensure on-time/on-budget executions, define repeatable delivery frameworks, and collaborate with sales, solutions architecture, and technology partners to support large-scale, multi-site deployments.

Manage project setup, validate time and expenses, execute client invoicing and vendor invoice processing in Certinia. Partner with project managers and finance to resolve billing discrepancies, support revenue recognition, monitor project financials, and develop reporting/dashboards. Use AI tools to streamline workflows and improve billing accuracy, data integrity, and operational efficiency.

Lead client-facing IT programs from planning through delivery. Manage scope, schedule, resources, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications. Drive governance, facilitate ceremonies, maintain program documentation, coordinate cross-functional and offshore teams, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives to deliver measurable client value.

Analyze customer cloud infrastructure costs and utilization to identify optimization opportunities; perform trend and risk analysis; support decision-making; and collaborate on predictive and classification model development to improve efficiency and resource allocation.
