Presidio, Where Teamwork and Innovation Shape the Future

At Presidio, we're at the forefront of a global technology revolution, transforming industries through cutting-edge digital solutions and next-generation AI. We empower businesses - and their internal customers - to achieve more through innovation, automation, and intelligent insights.

The Role

The Senior Financial Analyst, G&A is an experienced individual contributor within Corporate Finance who serves as a finance partner to functional leaders across the organization. This role supports the planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis of general and administrative expenses, including headcount, compensation, vendor spend, and functional initiatives. The Senior Financial Analyst will help leaders understand financial performance, evaluate resource allocation decisions, identify risks and opportunities, and translate operational plans into clear financial outcomes. The successful candidate will combine strong financial fundamentals, effective business partnership, and practical experience using artificial intelligence and automation to improve finance processes, reporting quality, and decision support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as a finance partner to assigned functional leaders by understanding operating priorities, cost drivers, resource needs, and financial commitments – including the support of annual budgets and monthly forecasts, along with assumptions, templates, submissions, and consolidated outputs.
  • Prepare monthly results, variance analyses, recurring management reports, dashboards, and concise commentary that explain G&A performance versus budget, forecast, and prior periods and identify key operational drivers.
  • Develop and maintain driver-based expense models for headcount, compensation, contractors, professional services, software licenses, facilities, travel, and other departmental costs.
  • Own headcount planning and reporting for assigned functions, including requisitions, hiring phasing, vacancies, transfers, compensation assumptions, and reconciliation to HR and financial systems.
  • Analyze vendor, contract, and initiative-level spend to support cost management, investment decisions, and business cases for new or changing programs, including assessment of capitalizable costs versus operating expenses and the related P&L and cash-flow impact.
  • Partner with Accounting, Human Resources, and others to validate accruals, allocations, headcount, cost-center mappings, and functional results; reconcile source systems to consolidation and planning platforms; and independently resolve routine data, mapping, or classification differences.
  • Use AI, workflow automation, and analytics tools to improve data preparation, reporting, forecasting, and recurring business-partner deliverables while following established controls.
  • Identify and implement practical process improvements that increase the speed, consistency, and accuracy of G&A planning and reporting, and support ad hoc analyses, functional initiatives, and recurring finance priorities as needed.

Required Skills and Professional Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, accounting, or a related finance discipline.
  • Experience supporting G&A, operating expense, departmental, or cost-center budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with functional stakeholders, understand business needs, and translate operational activity into financial assumptions and insights.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements and the ability to analyze headcount, compensation, vendor, and other operating expense performance and explain variances clearly.
  • Experience building and maintaining financial models, forecasts, management reports, and business cases with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience using AI, automation, or analytics tools to improve finance processes, analysis, reporting, forecasting, or productivity.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with enterprise financial systems, planning platforms, HR systems, or business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines, identify issues proactively, and work independently while maintaining effective cross-functional relationships.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate financial results into concise, actionable guidance for functional leaders.

Preferred Skills and Professional Experience

  • Exposure to a private equity–backed, technology, services, or multi-entity environment.
  • Experience supporting one or more corporate functions such as Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Facilities.
  • Familiarity with OneStream, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, UKG, or comparable ERP, planning, HR, consolidation, or business intelligence platforms.
  • Familiarity with generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Query, or comparable automation technologies used in finance.
  • Progress toward, or interest in pursuing, a CPA, CMA, MBA, or other relevant finance, accounting, analytics, or automation credential.
