Own the reliability, performance, availability, scalability, and cost efficiency of production Aurora MySQL databases on AWS. Responsibilities include observability, alerting, query optimization, replication, backups, disaster recovery, schema migrations, reader topology, cost optimization, runbooks, incident response, and database performance reviews. The role partners with engineering teams, supports HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI, and establishes reliable database operating practices.

Leads executive operating rhythms, cross-functional initiatives, and leadership decision support. Translates priorities into plans, owners, deadlines, reporting, and measurable outcomes; prepares executive briefings and board materials; surfaces risks and dependencies; and drives commitments to completion without formal authority. Provides strategic executive support, including calendar, travel, event, expense, vendor, and confidential administrative coordination.

Manage post-sales relationships for enterprise rehab therapy customers, driving onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. Serve as primary contact for largest accounts, deliver training and strategic reviews, translate usage data into recommendations, support change management, and coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure successful go-lives and ongoing value realization.
