Teams at Raya

Designs and leads scalable, secure infrastructure across AWS multi-region environments. Responsibilities include Kubernetes orchestration, infrastructure as code, CI/CD automation, observability, reliability engineering, performance and cost optimization, incident response, infrastructure security, AI-enhanced workflows, and mentoring. The role requires improving established systems while building new platform components and supporting reliable application delivery.

Owns the consumer membership lifecycle, including onboarding, activation, payments, subscriptions, renewal, and reactivation. Uses funnel data to improve conversion and reliability, builds Apple in-app purchase and third-party payment experiences, and owns product strategy, roadmap, execution, and measurement. Leads cross-functional engineering, design, and data teams while driving complex payment products from problem definition through launch and iteration.

Own the end-to-end quality and release strategy for Raya’s iOS app. Lead automated and manual testing, regression coverage, release calendars, quality scorecards, readiness criteria, go/no-go decisions, App Store submissions, phased rollouts, and rollback processes. Manage release retrospectives, incident-driven improvements, third-party QA vendors, and cross-functional communication with engineering, product, and leadership.
