Lead daily sales floor operations and execute dealership sales strategy including deal desking, pricing control, CRM compliance, coaching sales consultants, partnering with F&I, monitoring inventory, and handling escalations to drive volume, gross, and customer experience.

Respond to online leads, texts, chats and calls; qualify customers; set and confirm appointments; follow up unsold leads with structured cadence; log activity in CRM; meet activity and show-rate KPIs.

Handle incoming internet leads, calls, and messages; manage appointments and follow-ups; maintain CRM and inventory knowledge; build customer relationships and coordinate with teammates to close sales.

Lead all digital and inbound sales activity, own CRM processes, enforce speed-to-lead and follow-up cadence, coach internet sales/BDC staff, manage lead distribution and appointment setting, audit CRM compliance, monitor call quality, collaborate with marketing, and support digital retailing and online merchandising to drive showroom traffic and digital-to-sale conversion.

Greet and assist customers, guide them through product selection and purchase, maintain showroom displays, build customer relationships, process sales paperwork, and meet dealership sales goals. Provide product knowledge, collaborate with team, and perform physical tasks related to vehicle display and upkeep.

Sell finance, insurance, and service programs to powersports customers; partner with sales to maximize approvals and revenue; handle deal paperwork, lender communications, training, and accounting coordination while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
