The role requires dealership sales management expertise, strong business judgment, CRM and sales software experience, and the ability to safely move through the dealership and push motorcycles up to 850 pounds.

Responds to online leads, texts, chats, and inbound calls; qualifies customers, answers questions, schedules and confirms appointments, follows up with unsold leads, and records activity in the CRM. The role focuses on fast lead response, appointment conversion, customer communication, and accurate follow-up. Paid training is provided, and dealership experience is not required.
