Leads the design, implementation, and governance of compensation programs, including job architecture, salary structures, executive compensation, equity, annual planning, pay equity, and HRIS integration. Prepares Compensation Committee materials, advises executives and the Board, manages compensation analytics and compliance, and partners with HRIS, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and Talent Acquisition. The role builds scalable frameworks in an evolving, multi-entity organization.

Designs, implements, and operates identity and access management solutions across enterprise, cloud, SaaS, and data center environments. Responsibilities include SSO, MFA, privileged access, identity governance, lifecycle controls, automation, third-party access, non-human identities, application federation, troubleshooting, threat investigation, documentation, and audit support. The role partners across cybersecurity, IT, infrastructure, data center operations, and business teams to strengthen security and reduce manual processes.

Lead onsite commissioning, project delivery, vendor management, troubleshooting, and technical support for liquid-cooled mission-critical data center infrastructure. Integrate and commission EPMS and BMS/SCADA systems, manage alarms and incident response, resolve warranty issues, mentor junior engineers, and help establish controls standards and governance.
