The role maintains controlled operational records, tracks approvals and remediation, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, manages program schedules and dependencies, and supports adoption of CMMS and incident management systems in mission-critical environments.

Own the portfolio-wide vendor relationship and performance management program for critical maintenance and repair vendors. Establish governance, scorecards, KPIs, qualification standards, approved vendor lists, feedback processes, corrective actions, contract renewal tracking, and audit-ready records. Partner with site teams and maintenance strategy leaders to ensure vendor coverage, compliance, performance, and alignment with equipment strategies. The role is remote or hybrid and requires regular travel to Riot sites.

Leads Riot’s technical training program for data center operations and maintenance. Designs curricula, certification processes, assessments, job aids, and emergency drills covering critical power, cooling, safety, and equipment procedures. Delivers classroom, virtual, and hands-on instruction; evaluates employee competency; maintains training records; audits program quality; coaches trainers and learners; identifies performance gaps; and improves training based on data and operational outcomes. The role partners across operations and facilities teams and requires regular travel to multiple sites.

Leads the design review, deployment, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and optimization of critical mechanical infrastructure supporting high-density compute environments. Oversees chillers, cooling towers, pumps, piping, heat exchangers, rotating equipment, liquid cooling, controls, alarms, commissioning, root-cause analysis, preventive maintenance, safety procedures, and technician training. This onsite role also provides project support, reliability strategy, and technical leadership across engineering, construction, operations, and vendors.

Owns the architecture, design, development, integrations, and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions. Configures platform components, establishes development standards, resolves complex issues, maintains Service Portal pages, and partners with stakeholders to deliver scalable, upgrade-safe solutions. Requires advanced JavaScript, ServiceNow administration and development expertise, API integration experience, and knowledge of ITIL and Customer Service Management processes.

Collaborate with engineering, IT, and security to advance a DevOps operating model.

Designs, delivers, and manages learning programs across onboarding, leadership, compliance, technical and internship tracks. Develops instructional materials, facilitates in-person and virtual sessions, administers the LMS, measures program effectiveness, and partners with managers and Talent Management to identify learning needs and improve curriculum and learner experience.

Manage payroll for 10 entities and 800+ employees across multiple states: process weekly/biweekly/semi-monthly payrolls, reconcile timekeeping and taxes, ensure multi-state compliance, handle garnishments and 401(k) reconciliations, coordinate with accounting/benefits, prepare reports and year-end W-2s, respond to employee payroll inquiries, and drive process improvements and system upgrades.

Lead enterprise EHS strategy for global hyperscale data center construction and operations. Establish electrical safety standards (NFPA 70E, LOTO), govern high-voltage substations, oversee contractor qualification, manage environmental permitting, deploy predictive analytics and EHS platforms, lead crisis response and root-cause investigations, and embed design-for-safety across engineering, commissioning, and operations.

Provides business-oriented legal support for mergers and acquisitions, data center leasing, real estate transactions, and strategic corporate initiatives. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting legal due diligence, coordinating with counsel and stakeholders, supporting deal structuring through closing and integration, and improving legal transaction processes.

Provides employment-law support across people operations, workplace policies, employment agreements, employee relations, investigations, disputes, and legal processes. Requires a JD, active U.S. state bar membership, and at least three years of relevant employment law experience.

Manages substantial spend across chillers, CRAHs, AHUs, containment, liquid cooling, and related systems. Provides in-house legal support for corporate finance transactions, strategic initiatives, securities, governance, and complex commercial matters.
