Lead end-to-end robotics service and support operations across the US. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on industrial robotic machinery, debug Python code, work with PLCs and machine communication protocols, and document bugs and field requirements for European engineering teams. Build customer relationships, manage escalations independently, and drive product and service improvements through field insights.

Own and drive multiple end-to-end robotics and automation deployment programs, build scalable delivery processes and governance, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage technical and commercial risks, and ensure successful commissioning and operational handover while engaging executives and customers.

The Manager of Strategic Finance will drive financial modeling, support budgeting, lead financial reporting, and assist in capital allocation for RobCo's growth strategy.

Design and validate field-ready autonomous robotic system architectures by translating customer requirements into simulation-validated concepts. Lead multidisciplinary mechanical, electrical, controls, and software design, perform prototyping and risk analysis, produce Solution Development Packages, and collaborate with execution teams to ensure manufacturability, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Develop and optimize backend application logic, automation nodes, and orchestration workflows in Python. Collaborate with international teams, provide Level 3 technical support, and troubleshoot deployments on robotic hardware. Bridge software and hardware, prototype/test sensor integrations and robot arm workflows, and maintain code quality through testing, code reviews, and CI/CD.
