Own the design, tuning, and health of in-game economies, including currencies, pricing, progression, rewards, and player segmentation. Build simulations and predictive models, run A/B tests, monitor inflation and conversion, and use data to optimize monetization and player experience. Partner with Product, LiveOps, Monetization, Analytics, Marketing, and Engineering while presenting actionable recommendations to leadership.

Analyzes game monetization data to improve key performance indicators, evaluate A/B tests, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions. The role queries databases using HQL and SQL, analyzes results with Excel and statistical tools, prepares weekly management presentations, provides status reporting, and performs ad hoc analysis.
