Lead end-to-end product design for platform and AI-powered experiences: discovery, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, handoff, design system ownership, usability testing, analytics-driven iteration, and accessibility-first delivery (WCAG 2.2).

Build AI-powered GTM workflows, Salesforce solutions, integrations, automations, data models, scoring systems, and agents. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Revenue Operations to solve process inefficiencies. Use Salesforce Agentforce, Workato, Zapier, APIs, middleware, and development tools to deliver scalable solutions. Test, monitor, troubleshoot, document, and measure the impact of automations and AI use cases across the revenue lifecycle.
