Leads restaurant stewarding duties, including dishwashing, utensil and glass cleaning, food storage and safety, recycling, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Requires physical work, attention to detail, teamwork, flexibility for a 24-hour operation, and previous similar experience.

Provide security and safety for guests, team members, and property through patrols, access control, incident response, reporting, crowd control, first aid, and enforcing company policies while maintaining hospitality standards.

Provide overnight security and loss prevention for a luxury hotel by patrolling property, enforcing safety policies, responding to incidents, performing crowd and scene management, preparing incident reports, escorting guests, and delivering first aid/CPR/AED support while maintaining guest service standards.
