Provide a warm, polished first impression for spa guests; manage scheduling, payments, guest records, inventory, and coordination with spa staff; maintain cleanliness and brand standards while driving retail and service revenue and resolving guest concerns.

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, operate dishwashing equipment, sanitize surfaces and equipment, assist chefs with basic food prep, stock and rotate inventory using FIFO, handle waste disposal, report hazards or equipment issues, follow food safety protocols and PPE requirements, and work varying schedules including holidays to support kitchen operations and service.

Lead and supervise front desk staff to ensure guest satisfaction and brand standards. Train and mentor team members, handle guest issues, coordinate with departments, manage scheduling and timekeeping, enforce safety and loss prevention procedures, and drive service and operational improvements.
