Lead and co-manage architectural design through Concept to Design Development, producing design deliverables, narratives, and documentation. Integrate multi-disciplinary input, propose materials, ensure quality, support construction phase services and client meetings, mentor team members, and advance sustainable strategies and firm standards.

Lead architectural projects, collaborating with teams and clients to produce innovative designs while ensuring compliance with technical requirements and mentoring junior staff.

The Junior Designer will contribute to planning and design tasks, collaborate on team projects, and apply technical skills in urban design while managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
