Supports office leadership with facilities administration, seating and relocation coordination, new-hire desk setup, scheduling, vendor onboarding, contracted services, invoice processing, document organization, staff moves, purchasing, inventory, reception, and office standards. Coordinates with HR and operations technology teams on onboarding and security badges while responding to staff operations requests and completing administrative projects.
