Translates manual test cases and business processes into reusable, parameterized workflows for integration, regression, smoke, negative, and end-to-end testing. Configures test data, checkpoints, exception handling, logging, and evidence capture; analyzes failures, distinguishes application from automation defects, updates scripts, reports results, and supports Orchestrator monitoring, documentation, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer.

Advises on the design, development, testing, and validation of a federal financial statement and reconciliation solution. Ensures compliance with USSGL, GTAS, OMB Circulars, FASAB standards, FM QSMO requirements, and Treasury guidance. Defines financial reporting business rules, crosswalks, dimensions, footnotes, reconciliations, test plans, documentation, and training materials while collaborating with accountants, analysts, architects, developers, and stakeholders.
