Owns daily accounting and monthly close processes, including bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, payroll accounting, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, audit support, and internal controls. Manages QuickBooks Online, maintains organized financial records, coordinates with external tax professionals, identifies discrepancies, and prepares Board-ready reports. The role requires reliable deadline management, attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and hybrid availability with two office days per month.

Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software to support efficient, high-quality production. Interpret technical drawings, select tooling, work with CNC machine controllers, and optimize material usage. The role also involves collaborating with production teams, troubleshooting programming issues, and potentially supporting countertop fabrication involving stone, quartz, granite, or solid-surface materials.
