Teams at SOSi

The linguist will conduct linguistic analysis, translate documents, collaborate with team members, and participate in language assessments for a law enforcement agency.

Supervise and serve as SOSi's on-site liaison overseeing linguists who monitor, transcribe, translate, validate, and QC real-time and stored communications. Manage staffing, timekeeping, records, QA implementation, produce schedules, and coordinate with government officials; may testify in court.

Provide live monitoring, translation, transcription, and interpretation support for law enforcement investigations. Produce verbal and written summaries, validate and QC translations, assist with evidence preparation, attend legal briefings, testify when subpoenaed, and support shift-based operations on short notice.
