Leads enterprise architecture across business, systems, data, security, cloud, network, and governance domains. Translates business objectives into technical strategies, roadmaps, integration models, design patterns, and architecture assessments. Designs healthcare and financial system integrations using APIs, X12, and HL7; conducts technical reviews; documents architectures; mentors staff; and collaborates with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable on-premises and cloud solutions.

Leads the legal function and advises executives on corporate law, government contracts, governance, litigation, regulatory matters, risk, and strategic initiatives. Oversees significant contracts, disputes, investigations, procurement, vendor relationships, and external stakeholders. Develops enterprise legal strategies, manages outside counsel and resources, and leads, mentors, and develops the legal team while aligning legal services with business objectives.

Partners with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, talent programs, workforce plans, organizational effectiveness initiatives, and change management. Advises managers and executives on HR policies, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, retention, and career development. Uses workforce analytics and HR metrics to guide decisions, supports staffing and business growth, and provides coaching and counseling. The role also collaborates with HR centers of excellence, Talent Acquisition, and leadership across a portfolio of programs.
