Manage overall performance, quality, schedule, cost, staffing, and delivery for a large federal financial management systems program. Lead interface and conversion design, development, and testing activities; oversee Momentum implementation, Agile delivery, batch and real-time integrations, and collaboration with systems integrators. Provide progress reports and weekly status updates to VA stakeholders and management.

Administers Armis Centrix and performs Tier 3 SOC cybersecurity operations for a state government customer. Responsibilities include network security monitoring, incident investigation and response, threat and vulnerability analysis, forensic evidence collection, incident containment, secure system restoration, threat intelligence analysis, tool configuration, vendor coordination, metrics reporting, and executive briefings.

Plans, deploys, validates, and troubleshoots Windows system and application patches across enterprise environments. Uses SCCM, MSI packaging, PowerShell automation, Windows logs, ticketing systems, and Nessus to remediate vulnerabilities and maintain compliance. Coordinates with cybersecurity teams and stakeholders, tracks exceptions and incidents, produces patch compliance metrics, supports vulnerability-related incident response, and adapts to evolving patching tools and threats.
