Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, hardware, robotics, construction, and field operations roles. Responsibilities include sourcing passive candidates, conducting technical and cultural screens, coordinating interviews, managing candidate logistics, negotiating offers, and onboarding. The recruiter will partner with hiring managers, represent TerraFirma’s mission, track pipeline metrics, improve hiring conversion and time-to-hire, and support fast-paced hiring initiatives.

Own TerraFirma’s HR function, including Rippling, employee relations, benefits, compliance, workforce planning, compensation, performance management, career development, engagement, leaves, workers’ compensation, and recruiting support. Build scalable HR systems and culture across engineering, field operations, manufacturing, and construction teams while advising leadership and ensuring Texas employment-law compliance.

Serves as TerraFirma’s first dedicated legal hire, handling commercial and construction contracts, employment and safety compliance, corporate governance, equity and fundraising matters, and customer and government contract negotiations. Coordinates outside counsel on litigation, intellectual property, regulatory, and government contracting issues; builds legal processes, templates, and playbooks; and provides practical legal guidance to leadership and cross-functional teams.
