Develops physician referral relationships and strategic account plans to grow hospital referrals and revenue. Serves as liaison between the hospital and referring physicians, resolves referral issues, maintains Salesforce records, coordinates physician meetings and education, supports targeted marketing programs, represents the hospital at conferences, and reports territory performance to management.

Leads Talent Acquisition technology, recruiting systems, operational workflows, analytics, vendor relationships, process improvements, implementations, and change management. Develops dashboards and performance metrics, provides technical support and training, improves recruiting processes, and partners with HR, IT, vendors, and business leaders to enhance the hiring experience.

Leads employee benefits strategy and operations across health, welfare, retirement, leave, and work/life programs. Oversees plan design, compliance, vendor partnerships, employee communications, metrics, budgets, and process improvements. Directs the Benefits team, manages performance and departmental priorities, and ensures compliance with ERISA, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, OSHA, workers’ compensation, and applicable labor and tax laws.

Maintain and validate hospital financial and patient data in the Strata decision support system; load and audit payroll and general ledger data; set up cost centers and product line hierarchies; develop and maintain cost-per-unit standards; analyze variances versus budget; prepare monthly financial reports; meet stakeholders to define project scope and present analyses.

Architects and maintains cybersecurity infrastructure, policies, standards, and compliance programs. Leads vulnerability reviews, remediation, risk assessments, incident response, forensic investigations, security audits, and regulatory compliance efforts. Develops security strategies, certification methodologies, monitoring plans, and disaster recovery/business continuity architectures. Coordinates security implementations across IT and business departments, reports to the CISO, and promotes security awareness and training.
