The Courier will assist in transporting clients and documents, managing delivery tasks efficiently while ensuring vehicle maintenance and excellent customer service.

Manage a docket of personal injury cases (motor vehicle accidents, premises liability). Prepare pleadings and discovery, take depositions, handle hearings, mediations, and trials, and lead a dedicated support team while pursuing client outcomes and business development.

Lead and mentor a team of 4–6 trial attorneys and support staff, oversee case development from intake through trial or settlement, manage litigation tasks (demands, discovery, motions, depositions, trials), evaluate cases, negotiate settlements, and ensure timely, high-quality legal work aligned with firm standards and client interests.
