The Courier will assist in transporting clients and documents, managing delivery tasks efficiently while ensuring vehicle maintenance and excellent customer service.

Reviews cases for compliance with firm policies, identifies deficiencies and non-compliance, and reports issues through established structures. Requires a JD, active Texas bar license, personal injury experience, knowledge of Texas civil procedure and evidence rules, strong writing and organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record.

Leads and mentors a team of 4–6 trial attorneys and support staff, overseeing personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial. Responsibilities include case evaluation, client strategy, demand letters, settlement negotiations, litigation, discovery, medical-record review, motion practice, hearings, depositions, and trial preparation. Ensures timely, high-quality legal work aligned with firm standards and client interests.
