Teams at Treaty Oak Clean Energy, LLC

Supports corporate and project-level financial compliance, capital structuring, treasury, covenant monitoring, credit facilities, liquidity, financing agreements, and reporting obligations for renewable energy and infrastructure assets. Coordinates with finance, legal, project finance, treasury, and operations stakeholders; supports internal controls, process improvements, systems implementations, and strategic financial initiatives. Supervises other employees and works in the office three days per week.

Leads contract lifecycle management and legal operations, including intake, review coordination, execution, renewals, document storage, CLM administration, templates, compliance, outside counsel spend, reporting, and process improvement. Partners with attorneys and cross-functional teams to improve contracting workflows, manage risks, standardize processes, and drive adoption of legal technology across the renewable energy organization.

Oversee corporate and project-level accounting, including month-end and quarter-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, general ledger integrity, intercompany transactions, and variance analysis. Manage and develop accounting staff, support internal controls, prepare audit documentation, and drive process improvements. Partner with finance, FP&A, tax, and project finance teams while supporting accounting for renewable energy development, construction, and operating activities.
