Lead strategic internal communications for Global Products and Technology, partnering with executives and cross-functional teams to explain strategy, organizational changes, and people programs. Develop multi-channel content including emails, newsletters, intranet and Teams posts, all-hands meetings, AMAs, videos, presentations, FAQs, and manager talking points. Shape executive narratives, produce thought leadership, manage sensitive communications, and coordinate with Public Relations, Social Media, People & Culture, and Global Internal Communications teams.

Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives delivering accurate, trusted dashboards and metrics. Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and Data Engineering to align analytics with business strategy, solve ambiguous problems, and mentor junior analysts.

Drive large deals by increasing deal sizes, improving sales cycles, and implementing effective selling strategies in the software industry. Develop client relationships, conduct meetings, and negotiate terms with commercial enterprises while maintaining strong channel partnerships.
