Design and develop mechanical solutions for data center racks and enclosures through the full product lifecycle. Create 3D models, assemblies, and production drawings (Autodesk Inventor; Creo support), maintain BOMs and engineering documentation in ERP/PLM, support prototyping, testing, manufacturing release, and resolve production and design issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet cost, manufacturability, quality, and schedule objectives.

Owns the automation and digital factory roadmap for a manufacturing site. Evaluates, develops, implements, and scales automation across machining, assembly, testing, material movement, and other operations. Leads technology strategy, equipment selection, supplier engagement, business cases, controls integration, commissioning, connected factory initiatives, and manufacturing system standardization. Partners cross-functionally to improve safety, quality, productivity, labor efficiency, and operational scalability.

Own on-site manufacturing process execution and performance: optimize workflows, apply Lean methods, document work instructions, run PFMEA, support NPI and production ramp, design/validate fixtures, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure alignment with global AME and ISO quality standards.

Plan, create, and execute verification and validation tests for data center liquid cooling hardware and software. Develop test plans, test cases, and automation (including Python), debug hardware/software interactions, build test network environments, document issues, and report status to leads. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure products meet requirements.

Develop and maintain validation automation and test infrastructure for Linux-based thermal and datacenter control systems. Build Python and C/C++ components, embedded device integration, protocol validation (Modbus, Redfish, SNMP, MQTT, CANbus), CI/CD and container tooling, and AI-enabled test generation and diagnostics. Define validation strategies, traceability, quality metrics, and documentation while collaborating with stakeholders to improve test automation and system reliability.

Serve as the SME and single point of contact for OEM customers deploying AI workloads; advise on AI-ready data center and edge infrastructure (liquid cooling, power, racks, airflow); drive technical sales conversations with CIOs/CTOs and partners; enable and train channel and OEM partners; provide market intelligence and competitive positioning to influence product strategy.

Manage MRP forecasts, inventory, and planning parameters for components across US and Mexico plants. Set ABC classifications, safety stock, reorder points, MIN/MAX and Kanban levels; maintain ERP material master and planning bill accuracy; analyze inventory discrepancies; identify E&O material; coordinate part allocations to optimize inventory, service, and total cost of ownership.

Develop and maintain the master production schedule, align production and customer delivery dates, monitor inventory and material availability, coordinate with production, procurement, and operations to resolve scheduling issues, run daily production meetings, implement standard work, and drive continuous improvement in scheduling and inventory performance.

Perform acceptance, commissioning, and maintenance testing on medium/high-voltage electrical systems up to 500kV. Conduct power system studies, test and calibrate protective relays, perform insulation and contact resistance testing, analyze results and author reports, troubleshoot system failures, mentor Level I/II technicians, lead multi-discipline projects, and maintain compliance with NETA, NFPA 70E, and OSHA standards.

Support mechanical engineering team in CAD modeling, FEA, tolerance analysis, and prototype validation for rack- and row-based data center infrastructure. Create manufacturing-ready drawings, support BOM and lab testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout new product development.

Deploys, configures, supports, and troubleshoots SiteScan, WebControl, Ignition, and Environet monitoring solutions. Installs software for customers, manages equipment data, assists with project scoping, licensing, upgrades, templates, testing, and release development. Provides domestic and international technical support, maintains documentation, resolves field issues, and collaborates with sales, product management, and engineering teams. Requires expertise in monitoring systems, networking, databases, operating systems, industrial protocols, and customer-facing technical support.

Provide technical sales support for Vertiv 3-phase AC power solutions to GSA accounts by responding to RFPs/RFQs, reviewing specifications and electrical drawings, creating concept power architectures and single-line diagrams, sizing batteries, supporting account managers in customer engagements, and contributing to proposals, product feedback, and mentoring.

Leads strategy, revenue growth, and executive relationships for global hyperscale data center accounts. Develops account plans, expands business opportunities, manages complex transactions, influences senior decision-makers, coordinates cross-functional delivery, oversees CRM opportunity management, and ensures forecasting accuracy, customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term strategic partnerships.

Leads technical sales and strategic account management for global hyperscale customers focused on low- and medium-voltage switchgear. Develops account growth strategies, builds executive and technical relationships, influences customer specifications, expands share of wallet, and coordinates sales, engineering, product, service, and regional teams. Drives complex transactions, customer commitments, forecasting, portfolio strategy, and cross-functional execution while mentoring talent and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Leads manufacturing system strategy, factory planning, production layouts, material flow, capacity modeling, equipment implementation, commissioning, and production ramp activities. Owns long-term manufacturing system evolution, facility optimization, industrialization, technology evaluation, manufacturing transfers, and capacity expansion.
