Lead customer-facing product quality efforts: perform root-cause analysis (8D/RCA), drive cross-functional corrective actions and CAPA, produce customer reports, use data analysis and reporting (Excel/SQL/Power BI), visit customers, support warranty, and implement continuous improvement and prevention activities.

Lead and improve quality systems, run audits and inspections, drive CAPA and continuous improvement, set KPIs, manage certifications (ISO), investigate customer complaints, and coordinate cross-functional quality efforts for manufacturing and data center products.

Lead process development and optimization, implement SPC and process controls, create workmanship standards and FMEAs, drive root-cause investigations (8D/5-Why), facilitate Kaizen events, track quality metrics, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Design, and Supply Chain to improve yield and reduce scrap.

Lead and manage the US PMO and global Direct Expansion (DX) Cooling project portfolio from concept to launch. Oversee project managers, ensure NPDI process compliance, align projects with business roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, report portfolio KPIs, and support product and business strategy with up to 20% travel.

Manage execution for assigned cold plate customer accounts from design handoff through production, delivery, deployment, and acceptance. Translate customer launch schedules into internal milestone plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, track risks and actions, drive issue resolution, and maintain customer communication and status reporting to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Lead technical and commercial engagement for cold plate and server-side liquid cooling, influence basis-of-design, engage early with customer engineering and decision-makers, drive pipeline and revenue growth, capture voice-of-customer insights, align product and engineering roadmaps, support RFPs and executive briefings, and represent Vertiv in industry discussions for AI and high-density compute cooling solutions.

Lead plant-level financial planning, forecasting, cost and inventory control, CAPEX management, and financial reporting. Partner with operations to support production ramp-up, maintain SOX/internal controls, support audits, and drive continuous improvement and financial transparency.

Design and bring-to-production custom control hardware and PCBs for data center cooling systems, including microcontrollers, SOCs, power regulation, and communication PHYs. Lead testing, board bring-up, design reviews, cross-functional collaboration, and product development to deliver production-ready hardware.

Lead GTM and portfolio strategy for Vertiv's hyperscale and OEM rack solutions. Engage customers to translate rack requirements into product definitions, drive reusable rack architectures, build business cases for custom platforms, partner with sales and engineering to win large programs, and monitor market trends (AI, liquid cooling, high-density) to refine positioning and roadmaps.

Perform verification and validation of data center liquid cooling hardware and software. Create and execute test plans and cases, develop test automation and network environments, analyze and debug hardware/software interactions, document issues, and report status to management.

Lead field installations, startups, commissioning, testing and emergency service for precision cooling (Liebert) products. Provide technical support, train and supervise field engineers, perform troubleshooting, brazing and electrical diagnostics, ensure safety/compliance, manage reporting, time/material quotes, and maintain customer satisfaction and utilization targets.

Develop and maintain validation automation and test infrastructure for Linux-based thermal and datacenter control systems. Build Python and C/C++ components, embedded device integration, protocol validation (Modbus, Redfish, SNMP, MQTT, CANbus), CI/CD and container tooling, and AI-enabled test generation and diagnostics. Define validation strategies, traceability, quality metrics, and documentation while collaborating with stakeholders to improve test automation and system reliability.

Plan, create, and execute verification and validation tests for data center liquid cooling hardware and software. Develop test plans, test cases, and automation (including Python), debug hardware/software interactions, build test network environments, document issues, and report status to leads. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure products meet requirements.
