Design processes, configure GTS modules, define trade master data governance, integrate with S/4HANA and external brokers, support testing, cutover, and hypercare, and partner with supply chain, procurement, customs, and finance stakeholders.

Lead SAP IS-U configuration and support for utilities: device management, billing/invoicing, FI-CA, master data, meter data management, CRM integrations, and S/4HANA migrations. Author functional specs, coordinate technical/offshore teams, support testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
