Support project managers and practice leadership in planning, coordination, and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects. Assist with proposals, budgets, design, permitting, construction coordination, QA/QC, client communication, team mentoring, and project administration.

Support municipal infrastructure projects through planning, design, estimating, contracting, project management, construction oversight, and reporting. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and sub-consultants, prepare proposals/scopes/cost estimates, mentor junior staff, manage multiple simultaneous projects, and maintain office presence in Houston.

Provide front-desk and clerical support including phone screening, scheduling travel and appointments, maintaining confidential files, greeting visitors, running errands, supporting departments, and assisting with company events and meetings.
