Design and produce visual assets for digital and print channels, maintain brand consistency, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, prepare files for publication/print, edit images, and iterate based on feedback while maintaining organized design libraries and up-to-date skills.

Provide administrative and operational HR support including onboarding, recruiting assistance, employee records maintenance, benefits and payroll coordination, HRIS data entry, reporting, and confidential employee communications.

Provides remote administrative and customer-service support including calendar and email management, document and spreadsheet preparation, data entry, CRM updates, scheduling, travel arrangements, basic social media support, research, and communication with clients and vendors while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.
