The Virtual Assistant provides remote administrative, organizational, customer service, and operational support to individuals, businesses, executives, or teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, computer-savvy, and able to manage multiple tasks independently while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and schedules.
Respond to emails, messages, and routine customer inquiries.
Make and receive phone calls when required.
Schedule meetings, appointments, interviews, and other events.
Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital records.
Conduct internet research and compile information.
Manage files, folders, and electronic documents using cloud-based systems.
Enter and update information in CRM, database, or business management systems.
Assist with customer service and follow up with customers or clients.
Process invoices, receipts, orders, forms, and other administrative documents when required.
Assist with travel arrangements, reservations, and itineraries.
Prepare meeting agendas, notes, and follow-up tasks.
Monitor deadlines and remind managers or clients about important tasks.
Assist with social media scheduling and basic content management when required.
Create and maintain spreadsheets and basic reports.
Coordinate with employees, clients, vendors, and other business contacts.
Perform general administrative and organizational tasks.
Maintain confidentiality of business, customer, and personal information.
Identify problems and take appropriate action or escalate issues when necessary.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous administrative, customer service, office, or virtual assistant experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable computer for remote work.
Proficiency with email, internet browsers, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
Ability to learn new software and online platforms quickly.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
