Prepare and issue customer invoices, enter billing data, verify pricing and terms, resolve discrepancies, process payments and credit memos, reconcile accounts, assist collections and month/year-end close, maintain billing records, respond to customer inquiries, and suggest process improvements.

Design and produce visual assets for digital and print channels, maintain brand consistency, create marketing and social media graphics, prepare files for web and print, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to answer questions, process transactions, troubleshoot issues, update account records, escalate complex matters, document interactions in the CRM, and maintain call-quality and customer satisfaction standards.

Enter, update, verify, and maintain data in databases and spreadsheets; organize electronic and physical records; perform data quality checks; process documents and basic reports; protect confidential information and meet productivity and accuracy targets.

Serve as primary customer contact across phone, email, chat, and social channels. Provide product and account information, process orders/returns/payments, resolve complaints, document interactions in CRM, escalate complex issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate customer resolutions and high satisfaction.
