We are seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective assistance, resolving questions and concerns, processing requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can remain calm under pressure, listen actively, solve problems efficiently, and handle multiple customer interactions while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat, social media, or other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, pricing, orders, accounts, and procedures.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, refunds, payments, cancellations, and account updates as applicable.
  • Track customer issues and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Document customer interactions, requests, complaints, and resolutions in the company's CRM or customer service system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or the appropriate department.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, systems, and policies.
  • Assist customers with account setup, password resets, billing questions, scheduling, or other service-related requests.
  • Meet established customer service standards, response-time goals, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and protect confidential customer information.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, billing, technical support, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Identify recurring customer problems and communicate trends or improvement opportunities to management.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and courteous attitude during all customer interactions.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, administrative, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to remain professional and patient when dealing with difficult or upset customers.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of customer service or related experience.
  • Experience using CRM, ticketing, point-of-sale, or call-center software.
  • Experience handling high-volume customer inquiries.
  • Previous experience in the company's industry.
  • Bilingual or multilingual communication skills, depending on business needs.
  • Experience meeting customer satisfaction, productivity, or sales-related performance goals.

Work Environment
