We are seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Call Center Representative to handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls. The Call Center Representative will assist customers with questions, account information, orders, appointments, complaints, and service requests while providing a positive and professional customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, patience, and the ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls to customers when required.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Handle customer questions, complaints, requests, and service issues.
- Verify customer information and update account records as needed.
- Process orders, payments, appointments, cancellations, returns, or other transactions when applicable.
- Explain company products, services, policies, procedures, and account information.
- Troubleshoot basic customer issues and provide step-by-step assistance.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or specialized departments.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM or call center system.
- Follow call scripts, quality standards, privacy requirements, and company procedures.
- Maintain required call quality, productivity, response-time, and customer satisfaction standards.
- Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure issues are resolved.
- Protect confidential customer and company information.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Identify recurring issues and communicate customer feedback to management.
- Participate in training, coaching, and performance-development activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous call center, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and friendly telephone manner.
