We are seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Call Center Representative to handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls. The Call Center Representative will assist customers with questions, account information, orders, appointments, complaints, and service requests while providing a positive and professional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, patience, and the ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
  • Make outbound calls to customers when required.
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
  • Handle customer questions, complaints, requests, and service issues.
  • Verify customer information and update account records as needed.
  • Process orders, payments, appointments, cancellations, returns, or other transactions when applicable.
  • Explain company products, services, policies, procedures, and account information.
  • Troubleshoot basic customer issues and provide step-by-step assistance.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or specialized departments.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM or call center system.
  • Follow call scripts, quality standards, privacy requirements, and company procedures.
  • Maintain required call quality, productivity, response-time, and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Protect confidential customer and company information.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve customer concerns.
  • Identify recurring issues and communicate customer feedback to management.
  • Participate in training, coaching, and performance-development activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous call center, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner.
  • Strong active-listening skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional with upset or difficult customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to type and accurately enter information while speaking with customers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of call center or customer service experience.
  • Experience using CRM, ticketing, or call-center software.
  • Experience with high-volume inbound or outbound calls.
  • Previous experience meeting call quality or customer satisfaction goals.
  • Sales or upselling experience, if applicable.
  • Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.

Schedules may include evenings, weekends, holidays, or overtime depending on business requirements and customer demand.
