1030- Executive / Personal Assistant

We need an English-fluent Executive / Personal Assistant, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct administrative and personal support to the CEO
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
• Handle correspondence, emails, and communications with clients and internal teams
• Assist with research, document preparation, and meeting note-taking
• Coordinate projects, follow up on action items, and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Support hiring coordination, reservations, and general administrative duties
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Executive / Personal Assistant
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proven experience in administrative, executive assistant, or similar support roles
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems proactively
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
• Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing professionalism
• Ability to travel to the United States for initial in-person training and onboarding
• Positive attitude, resourcefulness, and strong sense of ownership

It´s a Plus:

• Experience supporting executives or business owners
• Experience coordinating with multiple teams or stakeholders
• Background in customer service, operations, or project coordination
