We need an English-fluent Sales Development representative, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential participants from conferences, including investors, fund managers, and financial institutions.
  • Manage outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls to drive event attendance and sponsorship interest.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions within the CRM.
  • Support logistical and operational needs for events (agendas, attendee updates, materials).
  • Participate in conferences when required, assisting with on-site registration, coordination, and client relations.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within financial services or B2B environments.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is highly preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of financial markets, private equity, or investment concepts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and email-writing skills; able to communicate professionally with Executives.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $800 - $1,800 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
