WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Translate business requirements into scalable, high-impact AIM and IGA solutions
• Partner with business and technology leaders to deliver secure, efficient access solutions in a fast paced environment
• Leverage data to identify gaps, drive process improvements, and enhance platform functionality
• Drive end-to-end delivery of production ready solutions, from requirements through UAT
• Work with modern identity and access technologies such as SailPoint, Power BI, SQL, Splunk, and Jira
• Develop deep domain expertise in security, identity governance, and investment driven technology
• Collaborate within an agile team that values accountability, quality, and execution
• Contribute to a culture that prioritizes integrity, transparency, and the highest ethical standards
WHAT’S REQUIRED
• 4+ years of experience as a business analyst in identity access management and governance
• Experience working with case management tools, such as Splunk, SailPoint, Confluence, and SQL
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), functional analysis, SQL, and data analysis
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive quality business solutions
• Ability to multitask and work effectively within a team environment under tight timelines
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards

The annual base salary range for this role is $110,000-$180,000 (USD) , which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
