ABOUT US

Dude Perfect is one of the most-watched sports and comedy entertainment brands in the world. From record-breaking trick shots to live tours, original series, games, and consumer products, we build joyful, family-friendly content that reaches a massive global audience. Behind the scenes, our Brand Partnerships team turns that audience into best-in-class sponsorship and integration programs for the world’s leading brands. As we scale, we are building the brand partnerships and account  infrastructure that lets our partnerships business deliver sponsorships that elevate our business and our clients core objectives.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an Account Coordinator to be the day-to-day engine behind our brand partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of sales and execution: you are the primary point of contact for our brand partners’ operational teams, the right hand to the Account Executive on deal development and pitch materials, and the connective tissue between a signed contract and a flawlessly delivered campaign.

The best version of this person is what we call the “invisible hand” — so on top of their accounts that clients feel the partnership is effortless, the AE is free to focus on closing new business, and no deliverable ever falls through the cracks. You are organized, client-obsessed, and energized by making one of the world’s most-watched entertainment brands the easiest and most rewarding partner a brand can have.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own the Client Experience (Day-to-Day Relationship)

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for brand partner teams at the Manager and Director level, building genuine relationships that deepen trust and drive renewals.
  • Own the client communication cadence — proactively keeping partners informed on status, timelines, and deliverables so they never have to ask “what’s happening?”
  • Anticipate and resolve client issues before they escalate, keeping every partnership seamless and effortless to the brand.

Equip the AE (Sales Support & Deal Development)

  • Support the Account Executive in building world-class pitch decks, responding to RFPs, and developing proposals that communicate the full strategic value of the Dude Perfect ecosystem.
  • Prepare client-facing presentations, one-pagers, and renewal materials that tell a compelling, data-backed story about DP’s value as a long-term partner.
  • Support contract review and coordination with legal and finance as deals move from negotiation to close, and keep deal data accurate in HubSpot throughout the cycle.

Translate Contracts into Flawless Delivery (Activation & Fulfillment)

  • Serve as the activation liaison between the Account Executive and the Brand Activation team, turning signed contracts into clear, actionable briefs that set production up for success.
  • Track every contract deliverable across active partnerships, ensuring all line items move from signature to final asset delivery without anything slipping.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with content, production, social, and creative teams to keep timelines on track, and participate in kick-off calls, workback reviews, and client check-ins throughout the activation lifecycle.

Prove the Value (Reporting & Performance Tracking)

  • Build and maintain pre-campaign baseline dashboards and post-campaign performance recaps for each active partnership.
  • Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), pulling performance data, building decks, and presenting results alongside the Account Executive.
  • Track delivery against contracted metrics across YouTube, social, live tour, and other DP channels, surfacing any shortfalls early so the team can course-correct.

Keep the Pipeline Clean (CRM & Data Integrity)

  • Work closely with your AE and Sales Operations to maintain accurate, up-to-date records in HubSpot across the partnership pipeline, clean stages, timely notes, and reliable deal data the whole team can trust.
  • Support the Sales Operations team in maintaining data integrity so revenue forecasting and leadership reporting hold up, and keep handoffs between team members seamless.

Grow into a Thought Partner (Strategic Stretch)

  • Over time, become a trusted thought partner to your Account Executive, proactively spotting account-expansion opportunities, flagging renewal risks early, and adding strategic value between deal cycles.
  • Bring a builder’s mentality to every account: continuously make the client experience better, the team faster, and the partnership more valuable for both sides.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 1–2 years experience in account management, partnership marketing, or client services within sports, entertainment, digital media, or advertising.
  • Exceptional organization with managing multiple active accounts at once without letting anything slip, and you take pride in clean, reliable, client-ready work.
  • Bringing a client first mentality.  You’re the kind of person brands genuinely enjoy working with,  you build real relationships, not just manage contacts, and you know trust is the foundation of every great partnership.
  • Strong communication as you’re comfortable presenting data, writing client-facing emails, and building decks that tell a clear story to both day-to-day managers and senior brand leads.
  • You work collaboratively across Sales, Brand Activation, and Production great partnerships are always a team sport
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, or a similar CRM; you keep records clean and current without being asked.
  • Comfortable pull performance metrics, interpret campaign results, and build a post-campaign recap without needing a data scientist.
  • You thrive in a fast-moving environment, take ownership without being told, and improve the processes around you.

BONUS POINTS

  • Experience at a digital media company, creator brand, sports team, or entertainment property.
  • Familiarity with multi-platform sponsorship packages spanning content, social, experiential, and live events.
  • Prior experience supporting a senior seller or Account Executive in a client-facing capacity.
  • Experience building or presenting QBR or post-campaign recap decks to brand clients.

WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT HERE

  • High-energy, collaborative team environment
  • Opportunity to work on global-scale content and brand partnerships.
  • Competitive comp, benefits, and team culture events.
