Byte&Kite is a digital marketing agency helping clients across a range of industries grow through effective digital marketing. As an Account Coordinator, you will support the management of client accounts and help keep communication, deliverables and priorities organised. You will work closely with Account Managers and marketing specialists to ensure client needs are understood, projects stay on track and commitments are followed through.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support Account Managers with day-to-day client communication and account coordination

  • Track client requests, deliverables, deadlines and approvals across multiple accounts

  • Coordinate with internal marketing teams to keep client work moving on schedule

  • Prepare meeting notes, status updates, reports and presentation materials

  • Follow up on outstanding tasks and approvals with clients and internal teams

  • Help maintain accurate account information, project documentation and client records

  • Assist with preparing client meetings and quarterly business reviews

  • Identify potential issues or delays and raise them with the Account Manager early

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 1+ years of experience in account coordination, customer service, marketing or a related role

  • Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable communicating with clients and following up on requests

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records

  • Proactive approach to identifying issues and next steps

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, CRM and project management tools

  • Interest in digital marketing and willingness to learn different marketing channels

NICE TO HAVE
Digital marketing agency experience; B2B client experience; familiarity with SEO, paid media, content or social media; experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms; and experience with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp or Monday.com.
