Responsibilities:

  • Help meet overall annual team goal by accepting, processing and following up on order requests received in the queue within 15-30 minutes of receipt
  • Respond to customer inquiries, escalations from GSD and AMs and provide updates in a timely manner
  • Meet activity metrics
  • Work with peers and with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
  • Deliver exception customer service by responding promptly, setting and meeting customer expectations
  • Identify upsell opportunities of other services, working in conjunction with AMs
  • Help retain customer services (MRC) – 100% of MRC through exceptional service
  • Drive at least one process improvement idea
  • Assist in contract renewals and additional orders for services
  • Complete special projects on time and within scope
  • Audit customer specific information to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Ensure organic growth of contracted services – focused on smart hands, bandwidth – grow by 15%
  • Complete defined training certifications

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong database and spreadsheet skills (i.e. Access, Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze data and processes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong task management skills
  • Ability to effectively use sales automation tools, applications software and equipment to manage the sales/service process
  • Strong customer relation management skills

Experience/Skills: This position requires 1-3 years of Inside Sales and/or Account Management experience.

Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field (equivalent work-related experience may be substituted for degree) is required.
Location: Dallas area or Northeast preferred
