What you'll be doing:

Netspend Corporation is a leading provider of prepaid debit cards in the U.S. Prepaid debit cards are experiencing growth in consumer adoption. The company's debit cards enable anyone to make purchases, pay bills, secure reservations, and shop online without needing a traditional bank account or access to a credit card.

We’re looking for an Account Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and will support the Account Management team. This role is a great opportunity for someone with 1-3 years business experience or a recent college graduate seeking to gain business and business operations experience.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to the following:

  • Support Account Management Team by working cross-functionally with analytics, creative, legal, banking ops, sales operations, compliance, development and other teams to achieve program goals.

  • Compile, update and manage account performance reports.

  • Assist with marketing budget management.

  • Competitive monitoring and analysis.

  • Provide overall operational support to the Account Management Team with program and marketing initiatives.

  • Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Netspend Operations experience preferred

  • Candidate should possess 1-3 years business or analytics experience, will consider recent college graduate

  • Candidate should be detail-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills.

  • Self-starter, driven, willingness to take ownership and initiative.

  • Well-versed in Excel and manipulating data through pivot tables, working with different spreadsheet formats.

  • Experience in Atlassian JIRA and Monday.com are valued.

  • Comfortable working in a data driven environment.

  • Familiar with Google Suite and encompasses basic presentation development skills.

  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and pivot easily.

  • As provided in Netspend’s Background Check policy, eligible candidates may be subject to drug, criminal history, and credit checks, which will be conducted and used in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal laws.
