- Manage and grow multiple client relationships, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and communicating campaign performance, insights and recommendations.
- Function as a liaison between your clients and our Ad Operations team from onboarding/launch and throughout the entirety of campaigns.
- Review and deliver reporting – having a keen eye for details.
- Anticipate and address client needs and concerns (ideally before they arise).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple complex campaigns effectively.
- Work closely with our internal teams, utilizing them as a resource for your clients’ success.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Client Service team and the company as a whole.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Relevant Bachelor's degree.
- 1+ years experience in the Advertising/Marketing industry.
- Working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and project management tools/apps.
- A proactive and eager attitude.
- Ability to cope with a varied volume of work and occasional time pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills – always two steps ahead.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
