About the Company

LightTable is an AI-powered construction document review platform built for preconstruction teams. We automate cross-document conflict detection across the complex, multi-party workflows that define how data centers and large commercial projects are designed and built. We recently closed our Series A led by Innovation Endeavors and are in active enterprise deployments with some of the largest GCs and data center builders in the country.

We move fast, we care about leverage, and we build with AI. We do this not just for our customers, but internally too. You’ll find a hard working team that will give you an incredible opportunity to quickly grow in your career.

What You’ll Do
  • Source, build, and manage your pipeline of commercial developer and GC prospects

  • Run discovery, deliver demos, and advance deals from first call through close

  • Clearly communicate LightTable’s value through speed, accuracy, and reduced rework

  • Partner closely with our AEC experts to speak customers’ language and build trust

  • Track and maintain pipeline integrity throughout the full sales process

  • Bring back market insights that help shape product, pricing, and sales strategy

  • Operate with high ownership as the first AE - setting a new standard for execution

What We’re Looking For
  • A senior, full-cycle seller who thrives in early-stage environments

  • Strong command of sales fundamentals, with a track record of closing enterprise deals

  • Comfortable and energized by creating your own pipeline

  • Exceptional communicator who earns trust quickly and adjusts your approach to different stakeholders

  • Curious, resourceful, and motivated to build something from the ground up

  • Excited to experiment with new strategies as we refine the sales playbook

  • Able to collaborate closely with technical and industry experts during customer conversations

  • Nice to have: experience selling into commercial developers or general contractors and familiarity with their workflows and pain points

  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying role selling complex solutions

Even if you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications, we encourage you to apply — excellence comes in many forms.

Why Join LightTable AI?
  • Be part of building an AI-first product alongside world-class engineers and experienced founders.

  • Ground-floor opportunity with meaningful equity in a fast-growing company.

  • Real impact — we are partnering with some of the largest developers in the country to improve housing affordability.

  • Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare, equity grants, take-what-you-need PTO, and a collaborative, mission-driven culture.
